Using the Service
You may use DocuDraft only for lawful business or personal workflows. You are responsible for the content you upload, the forms you publish, and the actions taken through your account.
Accounts and Access
You must provide accurate information during registration and keep your login credentials secure. To protect account integrity, we may restrict concurrent sessions or require session resets when suspicious access is detected.
Google Integrations
When you connect Google services, you authorize DocuDraft to access only the Google data required for the features you enable. You remain responsible for maintaining the permissions and content available in your connected Google account.
Acceptable Use
You must not misuse the platform, interfere with service availability, attempt unauthorized access, upload harmful content, or use the service in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights.
Availability and Changes
We may improve, update, suspend, or remove features from time to time. We work to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access in every circumstance.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, DocuDraft is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the service, including data loss, interruptions, or third-party platform issues.
